Should you require any Technical support for your installed asset management solution or hardware, please utilise either our Support Request Form below, or alternatively contact us to raise your technical issue.
When completing the form, please advise us of any error messages received & what you were doing when the error / problem occurred in the Message section.
Our Technical support is available between the hours Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm Australian WST (excl Public holidays).

Help desk staff will address all issues raised without any unneccesary delay. When requesting support, please advise us of your Hardcat licence number & the version of Hardcat you are running.
